General Conditions for Filling Up the Examination Form

Courses and Exam Clash Considerations

Same Group Courses

Exams for courses from the same group (Group-1 to Group-6) are conducted on the same date and time. Therefore, clashes between these courses will not be considered.

Backlog Courses

Clashes involving backlog courses from different years will also not be considered.

Different Programmes

Exams for courses from different programmes are scheduled separately, and any clashes here will not be entertained.

MP/MPB Programmes

In the MP/MPB programmes, courses from different specializations will not have their exam dates clashing.

Discrepancy Reporting

Students enrolled in B.Ed., BNSH, PGD, and Diploma programmes should report any discrepancies in the date sheet, apart from the cases mentioned above, by emailing [email protected]. Discrepancy reports should be submitted by 31st July 2024. No requests for changes will be entertained after this date.

Format for Reporting Discrepancies

When reporting discrepancies, use the following format:

  • Sl. No.
  • Enrollment No.
  • Programme
  • Course codes whose date & session are the same

Objective Type (MCQ) OMR Pattern Courses

The following programmes/courses will have their exams in the objective type (MCQ) OMR pattern:

  • BBP/BDP/B.Sc/BA/BSW
  • CBS
  • DAFE/DBPOFA/Diploma & PG Diploma/PG Certificate Programmes
  • BLIO1, BLIO2, BLIO3, BLIO4
  • BEVAE-181

Descriptive Type Pattern Courses

Courses BNSH41 and BNSH42 will be conducted in a descriptive type pattern.

Learners must carefully go through the instructions given in Note-1 and Note-2 provided by IGNOU. Compliance with these instructions is mandatory before proceeding with the online registration for the December 2024 TEE.
